NetApp is seeking a Global Service Logistics Planner to optimize global inventory for our storage product line. You will forecast demand, manage spare parts lifecycle, and ensure availability across global depots, balancing service excellence with cost efficiency using our enterprise tech stack.

The role demands 8+ years in supply chain planning with SAP/Oracle Fusion experience and strong data analytics skills, including Power BI/Tableau, to drive improvements across global logistics teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of direct experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or aftermarket service logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms.
• Experience using Baxter Planning or equivalent advanced Supply Chain Planning software.
• Strong data manipulation and visualization skills with Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of service parts logistics, reverse logistics, and inventory modeling (Safety Stock, EOQ, reorder points).

Responsabilidades

• Demand Forecasting & Trend Analysis: evaluate historical shipment and part-usage data to forecast demand and guide inventory positioning.
• Inventory Optimization: maintain optimal spare parts and accessories levels balancing budget, depot capacity, and SLAs.
• Lifecycle Portfolio Ownership: manage end-to-end planning for a parts portfolio aligned with NPI and EOL.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Global Logistics.
• Continuous Improvement: drive forecasting accuracy and depot performance using analytics and best practices.
• Systems & Visibility Leverage: use planning systems to enhance end-to-end visibility and data-driven decisions.
