• Contact customers by phone, Teams, or email to resolve past-due invoices and accounting issues.
• Support billing, contracts, and bookings to move issues toward resolution.
• Provide booking assistance to sales reps and help process opportunities efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with sales, customers, and internal teams on status and next steps.
