Job summary

Feldman Automotive in Novi, MI is seeking a motivated Dealership Sales BDC Manager to oversee the sales process for internet and phone leads, delivering a world-class car buying experience. You will lead a team of BDC representatives, respond to leads promptly, and maintain expert knowledge of our products and services while ensuring policy compliance and building strong customer relationships.
