Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to enhance our members’ experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, including weekends, with an emphasis on mornings to support the studio’s class schedule.

You will warmly welcome guests, present the OTF concept, manage front desk tasks, tour prospects, and work with coaches to convert intros into memberships, while meeting personal sales goals and contributing to

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, retail or fitness environment preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the OTF concept to prospects (intros).
• Maintain front desk responsibilities (phones, member conversations).
• Provide studio tours to potential members.
• Collaborate with coaching team to guide intros through workouts.
• Sell memberships to help studio growth and meet personal sales goals.
• Follow up on prospects to drive studio growth.

**For this position we are looking for someone who is available in the early AMs, assisting with our morning class schedule.

Life of a Studio Sales Team Member at Orangetheory:

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested prospects, also known as “intros”
• Maintaining our front desk which includes answering phones, talking to members, and other tasks that arise
• Presenting studio tours to potential members
• Collaborating hand-in-hand with the coaching team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive while achieving assigned personal sales goals
• Following up on prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growth
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participating in studio marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Are you Qualified?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
