Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to enhance member experience and act as a brand ambassador. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with potential weekend shifts and uncapped earnings through commissions on top of a base hourly rate.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting the OTF concept, conducting studio tours, selling memberships, and collaborating with coaches to guide intros.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk tasks, answer phones, and assist members.

• Handle member concerns professionally and participate in studio marketing events.
• Keep studio areas clean and organized.

Life of a Studio Sales Team Member at Orangetheory:

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested prospects, also known as “intros”
• Maintaining our front desk which includes answering phones, talking to members, and other tasks that arise
• Presenting studio tours to potential members
• Collaborating hand-in-hand with the coaching team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive while achieving assigned personal sales goals
• Following up on prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growth
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participating in studio marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Are you Qualified?:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
