Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Orange, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to support front-of-house operations, deliver premium customer service, and drive membership sales, renewals, and retail revenue. This role includes greeting guests, processing transactions, and contributing to a collaborative studio environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and sales experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales experience in quota-based roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Functional computer skills required (MS Office basics).
• Health & fitness minded individuals preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Team-oriented environment (Orange TEAM culture).
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
• Maintains accurate records using OTF sales systems.
• Handles telephone inquiries and follow-up calls.
• Leads studio previews with prospects and/or program holders.
• Greets members and guests warmly to create a positive entrance.
• Keeps lobby and front desk organized and clean.
• Processes cash and card transactions accurately.
• Follows up with prospective clients and inquiries.
