Aaron’s Sales Associate in Texas is seeking a motivated individual to engage customers on the showroom floor and help them find the right products. You will participate in merchandising, cleaning, restocking and basic clerical tasks to keep the floor welcoming and organized.

The role offers hourly pay of $12.25–$13.00 with performance-based incentive pay and a strong benefits package. Bring energy, reliability and a customer-first attitude to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with equipment or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
