Job summary

Aaron's is looking for a Sales Associate to join our Albuquerque showroom team. You will engage directly with customers to help them find the right products and drive sales while keeping the floor clean and organized.

You may also move merchandise and perform clerical tasks to support daily operations. The role requires a high-energy, customer-focused individual who can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and uphold the Aaron’s brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with assistance/equipment.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
