Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Virginia to engage customers on the showroom floor, help them select products, and contribute to a fast-paced team. You may assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, with training to perform tasks safely.

The role offers an hourly wage with incentive pay and a broad benefits package, including health, retirement, and paid time off. Scheduling is noted with hours spanning 9:00 am–8:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• Preferred: High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
