Job summary

Aaron’s Inc in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers on the showroom floor and drive sales. You will help customers find the right products, keep the floor tidy, and support clerical tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset, with physical aspects like stocking and moving merchandise. Training and tools are provided to ensure safe, effective performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with equipment or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
