Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associate position at our corporate retail store in Texas offers an energetic team environment. You will engage customers to help them choose products, assist with stocking and clerical tasks, and maintain a welcoming sales floor. The role may require physical work, with training and safety tools provided.

The pay range is $12.00 to $12.75 per hour, plus potential performance-based incentives, and a benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Create and maintain customer files; perform clerical duties.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and by phone.
