Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Associate to act as a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You will engage with customers to help them find products, assist with organizing and moving merchandise, and perform clerical tasks as needed. The role stresses customer service and teamwork.

The position offers an hourly wage with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, plus a broad benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Schedule varies across the store’s six-day week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and by phone.
