Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor, driving sales by engaging customers and helping them find what they need. You may help clean, organize and move merchandise; work is physically demanding, with training and the right tools provided for safety.

The role offers an hourly wage of $13.75–$14.50 with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
