You will handle front desk duties, schedule appointments, and guide clients toward tailored grooming experiences. Ideal candidates bring salon front desk or gym front desk experience, strong sales instincts, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience at a salon front desk or gym front desk is preferred.
• Sales experience is a huge plus.
• Membership sales experience is highly desirable.
• Experience scheduling and managing client appointments.
• Ability to accurately book, change, and cancel appointments.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, organized work area.
• Ability to manage inventory and open/close daily operations.

About the Job:

Hammer & Nails West LAis looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a Sales Associate / Member Concierge. Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. Come join our team and be the best part of someone's day. This position is very sales-oriented and is compensated on an hourly and commission structure based on sales!

The goal is to promote this role into the acting General Manager of this location.

We are currently looking for candidates with the following skills and credentials:

• Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
• Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
• Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
• Scheduling appointments.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.
