KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Precision Service Delivery: Perform high-quality hand and foot case services, including custom manicures, pedicures, specialized hand and foot treatments, nail shaping, and cuticle care tailored precisely to client preferences.
• Elite Consultation: Conduct detail-oriented client consultations to understand their specific grooming profiles, explain the wellness benefits of our multi-service menu, and seamlessly recommend repeat scheduling.
• Membership & Retention Growth: Actively educate patrons on proper grooming routines, showcase retail product usage, and confidently drive recurring club membership enrollment.
• Immaculate Workstation Sanitation: Maintain a spotless, ultra-clean workstation, executing mandated tool sterilization and infection-control processes that strictly satisfy brand benchmarks and Colorado state board regulations.
• Operational Setup & Support: Arrive prior to your shift with ample time to fully stock and organize your station according to standard operating procedures. Assist with washing and folding shop linens, and collaborate seamlessly with our team to keep the entire shop interior flawless.
• Advanced Technical Mastery: Commit to ongoing education by attending continuing instruction courses, product promotions, and mandatory brand-specific training modules.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and stay dynamically active through a standard 8-hour shift, and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs as needed to support shop operations.
