RRD Company is seeking an entry-level Associate for the four-month Associate Development Program in Lenexa, KS. This full-time role trains you in sales strategies, prospecting, and relationship-building to prepare you for a Sales Associate career, with some travel involved and opportunities for growth.

The program starts in February 2027 or July 2027, offering a structured onboarding, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of sales activities within a global marketing and packaging solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions for customers
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales
• Prior experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
• Sales internship or experience selling
• Reliable transportation to designated territory

Responsabilités

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required)
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business
• Attend internal and external sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment
• Pursue development opportunities through marketing and sales publications
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects
