Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Sales Associate I at our Menomonee Falls facility to support growth of our Eutectics Private Label and US Forge product lines. You will work with customers and internal teams to provide product information, quotes, and order status, helping drive revenue and margin.

You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, maintain CRM/ERP records, and assist with forecasts and pipeline reviews, while traveling up to 25% to meet customers and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Able to learn technical product information and applications.
• Experience with quotations, proposals, and customer communications preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and growing customer accounts for Eutectics Private Label and US Forge products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product, pricing, and availability information.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, prospects, and channel partners.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-up, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in accordance with established pricing guidelines.
• Support new business development efforts and customer retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Utilize ERP systems to review inventory, pricing, customer history, and order status information.
• Assist with sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical teams to support customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals as needed.
• Develop knowledge of Private Label and US Forge products, applications, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, training events, and business development activities as assigned.
• Follow established sales processes and contribute to achieving sales and profitability objectives.
