Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Technical (Industrial) Sales Representative to grow our welding consumables division. You will maintain relationships with existing customers, prospect for new accounts, and collaborate with technical support to offer service and solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial settings, a mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of welding and wear mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of SALES experience, including cold calling and customer development.
• Mechanical aptitude for industrial equipment and processes.
• Basic knowledge of welding, welding distribution, and maintenance & repair welding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales with existing customers and prospect for new accounts.
• Coordinate information requests and quotations with customers.
• Lead territory planning and implement marketing strategies.
• Provide technical support with the help of the support team.
• Maintain and grow key data in the CRM system.
• Develop and monitor a territory plan to meet sales targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and share product and market knowledge.
• Align with customers on applications and new technologies.
