Job summary

Castolin Eutectic, a global surface protection solutions provider, seeks a Sales Associate I at our Menomonee Falls facility. You will support growth for Eutectics Private Label and US Forge, handling inquiries, quotations, and revenue-generating activities while building customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

You will develop product knowledge, manage opportunities in CRM/ERP, and assist in forecasting and pipeline reviews, traveling for customer visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years in sales, customer service, account support, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
• Interest in sales, prospecting, and business growth.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals, or customer communications preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow customer accounts for Eutectics Private Label and US Forge products.
• Respond to inquiries with product, pricing, and availability information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and channel partners.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting and engagement.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations per pricing guidelines.
• Support new business development and customer retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Review inventory, pricing, history, and order status in ERP.
• Assist with sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical teams to support requirements.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals as needed.
• Develop knowledge of Private Label and US Forge products, industry trends, and competition.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, training events.
