Job summary

Sight & Sound in Ronks, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service across retail areas and concessions. You will use product knowledge and friendly communication to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining store cleanliness and accurate transactions.

This full-time role follows a show-run schedule, with shifts Tue-Sat, including Friday and Saturday evenings, totaling 40 hours per week.

• Operate point of sale and inventory systems, completing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service for external and internal guests, eliminating distractions, anticipating needs, and preparing hearts for the gospel message in all areas of Retail. They provide exceptional employee experience characterized by a culture of trust and collaboration.

The Sales Associate position follows a show run schedule from Tuesday through Saturday. This role has different start and leave times scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Fridays, and 8:00 am to 10:30 pm on Saturdays (depending on show schedules). For this full-time role, the employee is required to work the full shift on Saturday. Lastly, the expectation is that the employee will work 40 hours per week.

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly. This position is expected to frequently lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force regularly. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
