Job summary

Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson, MO seeks a Sales Associate to serve guests in concessions, merchandise, and other guest services areas. You will use sales techniques to meet goals and maintain merchandising standards while becoming proficient with POS and inventory systems.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a friendly, adaptable demeanor, and the ability to multi-task. Weekend availability is expected. High school diploma or better preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other guest services areas.

• Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, completing transactions quickly and accurately.

The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly. This position is expected to frequently lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force regularly. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
