Job summary

Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson, MO, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Retail Team. You will provide friendly service, use sales techniques to meet goals, and assist across concessions, merchandise, and guest services areas.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays. The role requires standing most of the day and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service to external and internal guests.

• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including stocking responsibilities.

The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Consistently practice "Outstanding" customer service with both external and internal guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum High School diploma and 6-months' work experience
preferred

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly. This position is expected to frequently lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force regularly. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
