Job summary

Sight & Sound is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and support retail operations. The role requires working a show-driven schedule, with full-time hours across the week and a Saturday shift on a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining store presentation, and assisting in multiple retail areas to ensure a smooth guest experience while upholding the organization’s values and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide high-quality customer service for guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Perform in all areas of Retail as assigned (concessions, merchandise, almond stations, theater carts).
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including stocking responsibilities.
• Operate point of sale and inventory systems, completing transactions accurately.
