Job summary

Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Retail Team and help guests and employees across concessions, merchandise, and guest services. You will apply sales techniques, maintain store standards, and become proficient with POS and inventory systems while delivering friendly service.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months of experience, with flexibility for Friday evenings and Saturdays.

The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Consistently practice "Outstanding" customer service with both external and internal guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum High School diploma and 6-months' work experience

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly. This position is expected to frequently lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force regularly. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
