Job summary

Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Retail Team, delivering friendly and efficient service in concessions, merchandise, and other guest services areas.

You will use sales techniques to meet and exceed goals, maintain merchandising standards, and operate POS and inventory systems. Flexibility to work weekends is required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests in concessions, retail, and guest services.
• Use sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in concessions, retail, almond stations, theater carts, and usher/greeting as needed.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards and stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with POS and inventory systems and complete transactions quickly and accurately.

The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Consistently practice "Outstanding" customer service with both external and internal guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly.
