Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced specialty retail environment. You will assist with gift wrap, registry, orders, and offer expert help to customers on the floor.

The role requires open availability for full-time hours, including weekends, and the ability to lift items and operate the POS system. You will contribute to maintaining visual displays and a clean store.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service and retail sales experience.
• Full-time availability; open weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Operate POS and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly customer service and world-class service standards.
• Achieve established sales and promotions goals.
• Assist customers with gift wrap, registry, catalogs, special orders and deliveries.
• Utilize selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage and lighting; keep stockroom organized.
• Process, ticket and restock merchandise; perform duties as assigned.
