The Sales Associate role ensures every customer is provided the assistance and knowledge to fulfill the experience they are seeking by being proficient in product knowledge, selling skills, and operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and handle confidential information.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to Range USA mission by delivering the easiest and best customer service in the USA.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster lasting relationships.
• Greet customers and guide the customer experience.
• Ask for the sale to convert customers to buyers.
• Inform customers about Range USA services, discounts, offers, and promotions.
• Conduct range check-in efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time.
• Ensure a compliant range firearm rental process.
• Communicate with Range Safety Officer using radios for safety and issues.
• Answer questions about pricing, features, and availability.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations including 4473 and background checks.
