Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.
• Conduct range customer check-in in a friendly manner and maintain range timer.
• Maintain compliance with 4473 and background check processes.
• When acting as an ecommerce picker, check pickup dashboard hourly.
