NORTH KANSAS CITY RANGE OPERATIONS LLC in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for Range USA. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales to fulfill the customer’s experience while maintaining safety and compliance with range procedures.

This role involves check-in, rental processing, handling range timers, teamwork with Range Safety Officers, and using radios to coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.
• Conduct range customer check-in in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time.
• Ensure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental process.
• Utilize radios to communicate with Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issues.
• Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes.
