The role emphasizes converting inquiries into sales, maintaining excellent store standards, and staying up-to-date with product news and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill the desired experience.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, and promotions.
• Maintain range safety and compliance procedures, including 4473/background checks.
• Provide outstanding service to fulfill customers' main purchases and build lasting relationships.
