Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is expanding its team in Carmel, Indiana. The Sales Associate delivers friendly, knowledgeable support to customers, drives sales, and shares information on services and promotions.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and creating a memorable customer experience. The position is part-time, non-exempt and hourly, with opportunities to learn product knowledge and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and the ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, offers, sales and promotions.
• Maintain range procedures and safety compliance as needed.
• Answer product questions regarding pricing, features, benefits, and availability.
