RR Donnelley (RRD) in Seattle is hiring an Associate - Sales for a full-time, entry-level role with a four-month Associate Development Program designed to prepare you with essential sales strategies and industry knowledge for a successful career.

Please note: The Seattle July 2027 cohort is currently being hired. Responsibilities include prospecting, shadowing, supporting senior reps, attending meetings, and maintaining existing accounts while building a post-training funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven to succeed in sales.
• Prior CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients within territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel required.
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in special projects and continued development materials.
