Job summary

Drybar Shops is seeking a friendly Front Desk Bartender to welcome guests, manage reservations, and keep the front of the shop running smoothly. You are the heartbeat of the shop, delivering warmth, energy, and hospitality from check-in to check-out.

Weekend availability is required. You’ll earn hourly pay plus commissions, with training and flexible scheduling, and enjoy complimentary blowouts and generous product discounts as part of a fun, upbeat team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required.
