Job summary

Drybar Shops in Salem, NH is seeking a Bartender to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a warm, effortless experience from check-in to checkout.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the shop, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for commissions and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast‑paced guest‑focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6‑8 hour shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
