Drybar in Huntington Beach is hiring a friendly Bartender/Receptionist to greet guests, manage reservations, and support stylists in a fast-paced salon. You’ll be the first smile and the hub of guest experience, ensuring every guest checks in with warmth and leaves feeling their best.

Weekend availability is required, and reliable attendance is non-negotiable. The role includes paid training, flexible scheduling, and complimentary blowouts as a perk in a vibrant shop culture.

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal Drybar regulars.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations, answering phones, updating guest profiles, providing refreshments and solving scheduling challenges.
• Support our stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes.
• Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products, organizing retail displays, maintaining cleanliness, and completing daily side work.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required- as these are our busiest days.
