Job summary

Spitzer Autoworld is seeking a customer-focused salesperson to join our award‑winning team. You will introduce customers to our value price sales process, identify needs, present vehicles, and guide trade‑ins and financing options. You will deliver vehicles and follow up to build loyalty with customers.

We provide extensive training, opportunities for advancement, and a professional, performance‑driven environment as part of one of the nation’s largest privately held automotive groups.

• Deliver vehicles and follow up to develop customer loyalty in the stated process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Career Duties

• Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
• Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
• Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
• Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
• Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
• Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people

• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
• Proficient computer skills including email
• High School degree
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
