Job summary

Spitzer Acura McMurray is seeking a sales associate who excels in customer service and can guide clients through value-based pricing. You will learn the Spitzer sales process, present vehicles that fit customer needs, discuss trade-ins and financing, and follow up after delivery to build loyalty.

Full-time role with comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required.

• Conducts the delivery process and follows up to develop customer loyalty.
• Other related duties as assigned.

YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES

• Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
• Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
• Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
• Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
• Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
• Other related duties as assigned
