Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership sales and deliver top-notch customer service at our studio in Tallahassee, FL. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, and respond to member concerns with a friendly, helpful approach.

Training on our sales process is provided, with performance-based compensation and a clear path for advancement into leadership roles within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer the phone, and address member concerns with a smile.
• Own member retention by following daily operation guides and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching and hit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
