BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You will drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—working with a fun, motivated team in a part-time role with flexible hours.

You will be responsible for generating memberships and retail sales, delivering proactive member support, and representing BODYBAR at local events to expand our community presence.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process: generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals: bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador by representing BODYBAR at local events.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

You'll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life- all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process- generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships. Along with driving retail revenue.


• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.


• Hit your daily goals- from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.


• Be our brand ambassador- represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.


• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.


• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class- you help turn workouts into experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
