BODYBAR Pilates - Belleair Bluffs is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. In this part-time role, you’ll drive memberships, handle inquiries, and represent the BODYBAR vibe with enthusiasm.

You’ll build relationships, meet daily goals, and support members through a friendly, professional approach while weekends/evenings availability is required.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Be available weekends and evenings.

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales—you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
