BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. In this part-time role, you will drive studio growth by owning the sales process, support members, and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.

Successful candidates will be goal-oriented, passionate about fitness, and able to communicate effectively. Join our fast-growing brand and play a key role in helping us set the industry standard in Pilates.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.
