BODYBAR Pilates - Reston is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life in a welcoming boutique studio.

This part-time role offers weekday daytime hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing brand. You’ll report to the Studio Manager and join a fun, motivated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; in-person, phone and email.
• Goal-oriented with ability to drive sales (membership, retail, and private training).
• Professional, trustworthy and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Be BODYBAR ambassador—represent at local events and grow the brand presence in the community.
• Stay organized and accurate in logging member bookings and interactions.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager. Looking for Weekday daytime availability.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
