Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking energetic guest services team members to drive memberships and deliver outstanding service.

You will sell memberships, reach out to leads using our CRM, book reservations, guide tours, and help guests enjoy the IR sauna experience. Training is provided; evening and weekend availability is required; 18+ age required; growth path to assistant studio manager with rewards.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales or guest services is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence to guests.

Shift Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm OR 2:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

Hiring Information

We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio. MUST be 18 years old. Minimum weekly hours = 15/week.

• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
