Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Rochester is hiring for a member service role in Rochester Hills, MI. You will engage guests, sell memberships, and manage CRM-driven outreach while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling memberships or pursuing targets is preferred.
• Ability to engage with guests and convert inquiries into memberships.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and towel supply areas.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm OR 2:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

**We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio. MUST be 18 years old. Minimum weekly hours = 15/week.

• Must be at least 8 years old

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
