Job summary

Massage Envy Crabtree Valley is hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote Total Body Care services, and help clients book appointments and retail purchases. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for bonuses and product/service discounts.

Join a supportive team and enjoy a flexible schedule with day, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts. A strong emphasis on customer care and growth is emphasized in this location.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong math and computer/keyboard skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future visits and suggest homecare products.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and handle inquiries.
• Help grow and retain a client base via in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
