Job summary

Massage Envy Arboretum - CLT is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help clients pursue Total Body Care. You will greet guests, explain services, book appointments, and support retail purchases while maintaining a welcoming spa atmosphere.

Full-time and part-time roles available. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within the Massage Envy brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; encourage retail purchases.
• Schedule services and handle calls, emails, and bookings.
• Help grow and retain client base through outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
