Perspire Sauna Studio in Orlando is seeking friendly, confident, results-oriented members for our member service team. You will connect with guests, promote memberships, and guide them through our wellness experience.

No experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, flexible evening and weekend shifts, competitive hourly pay plus commission, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

• Greet and assist members, making them feel welcome and relaxed.
• Maintain a clean facility and restock towels as needed.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and other performance metrics

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
