Part-Time | 20-30 hours/week (must include 1 weekend day)

Must be available to open as early as 5:30 AM

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you're the first point of contact and the driving force behind member engagement and studio growth. You'll help prospective members feel welcome, informed, and inspired to take that first step.

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries
• Give dynamic in-studio tours that showcase our brand and community
• Close memberships and class packages confidently and consultatively
• Address objections with empathy and position STRIDE as the solution
• Upsell retail and services to enhance the member journey

Client Experience & Studio Operations

• Deliver exceptional first impressions and ongoing support
• Manage check-ins, bookings, phone calls, and in-studio traffic
• Support smooth studio flow with coaches and leadership
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and on-brand
• Use CRM software (ClubReady or similar) to manage leads and follow-ups

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Help with events, referral programs, and pop-up activations
• Participate in studio and social media promotions
• Represent STRIDE with pride inside and outside the studio

Who You Are

• Experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership-based sales
• Confident on the phone and comfortable making high-volume calls
