We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to help us grow our member base and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, youll be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in building our BFT Montclair community. Youll engage with walk-ins, leads, and local businesses, converting interest into memberships. This is a sales-focused position that also involves front desk and member service responsibilities.

What Youll Do

• Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and in-person consultations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
• Support front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phones, and maintaining studio cleanliness
• Assist in community outreach and local events to promote the BFT brand
• Collaborate with the studio team to hit monthly sales and engagement targets

What Were Looking For

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for fitness
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
• Available to work 1030 hours per week, including one weekend day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
