• Conduct personalized hand‑offs to our Flexologists, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
• Present membership options with confidence and enthusiasm—focus on meeting client needs, not just selling memberships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultations and relationship‑building.
• Create a welcoming environment at the front desk, educate clients, and participate in community events.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $17–$19+ per hour (base + commission) Base hourly pay plus commission on sessions sold. High‑performing Sales Associates can earn well above the top of the range — the more sessions you sell, the higher your total hourly earnings.
